The latest 100% electric city car from Citroën is receiving all the attention it deserves, including its very own pop-up store facing the Grand Magasins in Paris. This temporary establishment promises to be a vibrant hub with numerous activities.
Replacing the C42 showroom with its iconic glass façade on the Champs-Élysées – abandoned since late 2017 – is Le Chëvron, a pop-up store located at 45 Boulevard Haussmann.
To mark the commercial launch of the new Citroën ë-C3, its affordable 100% electric city car, the French automaker has decided to unveil a new « gem in the heart of Paris. »

This new venue, conveniently situated opposite the Parisian department stores and easily accessible by public transport, will be open from April 18 to May 17, from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm.
With Le Chëvron, the Citroën brand aims to « engage with a diverse audience. » Spanning 150 square meters, this pop-up store adopts the name Le Chëvron, referencing Citroën’s emblem, a symbol of modernity and innovation. Its evocation naturally triggers memories and an imagination associated with Citroën.
New Citroën C3 2024: Its Biggest Selling Point is its Price The new Citroën C3 2024 is available both in petrol and electric variants, unlike the aforementioned R5. At launch, it is offered with a three-cylinder 100 hp PureTech petrol engine (paired with a manual gearbox – a rarity in 2024, worth noting) and with an electric motor producing 113 hp.
This electric motor is powered by a 44 kWh battery. In this configuration, the new Citroën C3 2024 offers a maximum theoretical range (in WLTP cycle) of 320 km. According to Citroën, it is capable of charging at up to 100 kW.
The new Citroën C3 2024 petrol version costs €14,990 (You trim) and €19,200 (Max trim). The electric version, on the other hand, demands €23,300 (You) or €27,800 (Max), excluding the €4,000 ecological bonus. Its prices are very competitive, even in the electric segment.
Meanwhile, the level of equipment is not lacking: the You trim receives, among other features, the « Citroën Advanced Comfort » suspension, a new « Citroën Head Up Display » system, smartphone docking station, speed limit recognition, LED headlights, automatic high beam headlights…

The Max trim adds 17-inch wheels (compared to 16 inches on the « You » version), two-tone paint, roof bars, a 10.25-inch touchscreen, a 2/3 – 1/3 split-folding rear seat, and automatic air conditioning.
Therefore, the new Citroën C3 2024 (manufactured in Trnava, Slovakia) does not directly compete with the new R5, theoretically more expensive (we will have the prices on May 20). It is also not squarely against a Dacia Spring (or a Dacia Sandero in petrol) because it offers better equipment.
