Guests can taste French dishes revisited with the freshness of the North Pacific, designed to be shared. It offers a menu combining Mexican cuisine and Japanese influences, with dishes such as well-spiced corn ribs, a hot coconut emulsion and red tuna tostada avocado with high flavor.
