After the Mini Link and Link Wide comes the Square Link, which, as the name suggests, is a small sublimation printer that produces square-sized images. It measures 105 x 127.5 x 37.5 mm and prints a photo in about 90 seconds on 86 x 108 mm square instant film.

Like the other models, this one can also be used via the instax Connect app through the smartphone. You can change the colours of the images, apply the more than 1,600 available stickers, add a QR code with sound, a link to a website, mark a location or record a message. New is the ability to overlay a chat message on a photo in the smartphone and then print it out.
It has two new features that further extend the pleasure of instant photography. The AR print function uses a dedicated app to apply an AR effect to instax prints. Users can enjoy an instax print decorated with the AR effect or save it as a video or image for easy sharing on social media.
The instax Link series of smartphone printers are popular with the younger generation worldwide because of their ability to connect to a smartphone via a dedicated app, using Bluetooth, and print images stored on the smartphone to instax film anytime, anywhere and in high quality. The instax Link series has been expanded with the introduction of instax Link WIDE, which is compatible with large format instax film, and instax mini Link 2, which prints images onto card-sized instax film.
Fujifilm will continue to expand the world of the “INSTAX” instant photo system, which allows instant printing and sharing of photos of the most memorable moments.
Instax Square Link will be available from mid-November for €149.
