Kaviari transformed its historie factory into a convivial workshop to recount the history of caviar and regale visitors with the singularity of this dish that can be eaten with sophistication or casually, on an avocado toast, with pasta or with a cup of tea like Iranians used to do … Here we find a warehouse with the look of an industrial loft, a museum like gallery, a projection room, library, tasting laboratory, a “refrigerated boutique” selling seafood products, a large kitchen and a table d’hôtes where intimate lunches, chefs dinners and caviar workshops as well as many other events are organized throughout the year.
